Format:
Varsity -- Continuous Pursuit; 5.5km x 2 (classic first); Wave start
JV – 5.5 km freestyle
JH – 3.5 km freestyle
Schedule:
2:00 – Coaches meeting in shelter.
2:30 – Rookie race, boys and girls combined, mass start, 1 lap (<1 km)
2:40 – Jr. High Boys, mass start, 2 laps.
2:50 – Jr. High Girls, mass start, 2 laps.
3:00 – Varsity Boys A Relay, 3 laps.
3:15 – Varsity Boys B Relay, 3 laps.
3:30 – Varsity Girls A Relay, 3 laps.
3:45 – Varsity Girls B Relay, 3 laps.
4:00 – JV Boys A Relay, 3 laps.
4:15 – JV Boys B Relay, 3 laps.
4:30 – JV Girls A Relay, 3 laps.
4:45 – JV Girls B Relay, 3 laps.
Scoring: Points will be based on number of teams participating. Based on an 8 team entry, first place for
Varsity A Relays would earn 8 points, eighth place earns one point. Same for B Relay teams.
Point total for A and B relays (for each boys and girls) will be combined to determine team
score/place. (e.g. 2 nd place for the A relay and 4 th for the B relay would earn a total of 12 points.)
Awards: Great Harvest Bread Co. awards will be given to the top scoring boys and top scoring girls
team.
Other Notes: Restrooms and water fountains are available inside shelter. There will be some food and beverage for purchase.

- USSPC ski poles are expected next week
- We also have Swix and Rossignol poles in stock for under $75
